Apparently when you take up running you have to also get yourself onto Strava to track all of your runs. This allows you to show off how well you’re doing and get kudos from random people for doing some exercise and you wear your kudos like a special badge of achievement. So naturally, I signed up to Strava and, through a connection with my Garmin app, have all my activities logged and shared with those who follow me.
