Conditional Exchange Done
So, after being told “exchange or lose your money” we have managed to get a conditional exchange done to try and protect the extra huge amount of money that we’ve had to pay today in order to continue the process of buying this new house!
We are covered a bit in it and there is still the option for the developer to take our house in part-exchange but now that we have a (potential) buyer it shouldn’t come to this. With any luck we’ll be in before the end of November!
