Episode 3,275: The Saga Continues
So guess what happens today then?
Yes, that’s right, our buyer drops out!
That is if there was even a buyer in the first place. The Wife and I both think that the estate agents just made someone up to try and get us moving along.
We’ve now spoken to our solicitors to get them to speak to the developer’s solicitors so that we move ahead with the back up plan of them buying our house in part exchange. This does mean that we are now £2,000 down as this is the difference between what we accepted from the phantom buyers and the price the developer will pay for it.
Let’s see what happens then shall we…?
