Buyer Beware

After all the problems with the flooring, we phoned the estate agents to find out what the hell was going on and why nothing had been sorted despite arranging the flooring 3 months ago, then suddenly towards the tail end of the conversation they suddenly sprung on us the fact that they’d found a buyer for our house!

So when the fuck were they going to tell us this? If we hadn’t have phoned them up would we have found this out? Apparently it had only happened about 3 hours ago. Well that’s 180 minutes-worth of opportunity that they had to give us a call to tell us.

According to the estate agent they are going to buy-to-let despite never having set foot in the house, not knowing what it’s like and not knowing that the property really doesn’t lend itself to be let out to renters. It’s a home, not a house.

The buyer has actually been found by the developer so once again the estate agent appears to be working for them and not us keeping us out of the loop.
