Barry Manilow
Last night, The Wife and I ventured up to the O2 to see the legendary Barry Manilow in concert. The tickets were an anniversary present to her earlier this year, but she still made me go!
When he took to the stage after his warm up act he treated the, let’s face it, older crowd, to a string of all of his hit songs including, Mandy, I Write The Songs, and my favourite, Weekend In New England.
The crowd waved their glowsticks and sang their hearts out all night and despite the stigma attached to him by the younger generation, it was a good, fun night out!
