Another Day Another Toy

So having had my new phone delivered yesterday, today has been the first day I’ve been able to use it, having had to wait for my new SIM card to be activated overnight. And boy am I loving it!

The first thing that is noticeable about it is the screen, the colours look just beautiful! The second is the speed at which it works! Apps open and close really quickly and seamlessly. It makes my old Xperia S feel like a brick in comparison! I know my old one was two years old but it had got slower than a tired sloth.

I had a couple of issues of getting my data moved from my old one to the Z1 but I think this was more of a PC issue than the phone itself. The upgraded software (Android jelly Bean since you asked!) runs a lot smoother on the phone and brings with it some improvements in the UI.

The next few days are going to be a lot of fun I can tell. Well, at least after I’ve managed to download all of the apps I need to it…
