First Full Day in Bali

Still feeling a bit knackered so had a pretty lazy day today getting used to our new surroundings.

After breakfast we had a welcome meeting with our Kuoni rep who gave us some information about the area. We then spent the rest of the day by the pool, dipping in and out of the water and testing the new waterproof camera we’d bought in Toronto for our scuba diving.

We had been given a voucher for a free back massage so had that around 5pm before heading down to the beach for a spot of afternoon tea and a cocktail.

We had dinner in the adjacent Mezzanine restaurant and then ventured outside the hotel to find a local supermaket so that we could buy some of our own drinks to save us some money as the hotel is quite expensive!
